The value for money at Hotel Spagna was excellent, with comfortable and spacious rooms.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a greater variety of savory options.

It was in a good quiet location, and close to the Lago for some sightseeing.
Breakfast was very poor, the bread was dry and there were only sweet items for breakfast, nothing savoury.

We recently stayed at Hotel Spagna for two nights while visiting Lake Maggiore. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were able to walk to all the excellent restaurants and beautiful shops in the area. We also found it convenient to explore the area by boat and bus, allowing us to see everything we wanted within 24 hours. The hotel itself offered excellent value for money, with clean and spacious rooms that had attached bathrooms with hot water. The staff were helpful and even picked us up from the station when we arrived late in the evening. We highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
We do recommend this hotel.

Excellently located just 5 minutes walk to the lakeside. Very clean and relatively large room with plenty of wardrobe space. Our room also had a balcony which was lovely!
Very noisey in the morining in Room 19. You could hear absolutely everything that was going on in the rest of the hotel, especially everything in the reception e.g. phone ringing etc. Not much variety at breakfast, was all sweet, nothing savoury at all, although the coffee was amamzing! : )

I like hospitality and professional attitude to the clients
I wish that interior of the room can be predicated in simple pale colours...

The hotel's classic decor and charming ambiance gave me a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of the beautiful old buildings from my youth. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and lounge, were tastefully decorated and comfortable for relaxing and chatting with fellow guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The absence of stairs or steps made moving around the hotel easy, and the presence of handrails in the hallways and near the elevator provided additional support and security.
I would have preferred if the hotel had additional activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have gentle fitness classes or organized excursions for us to enjoy during our stay.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely tile/marble floor that added a touch of elegance. The free WiFi was a great perk, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The TV with satellite channels was a bonus for family movie nights. The private bathroom was clean and had complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer, which made getting ready hassle-free. we felt right at home!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathtub in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

I always choose this place for my stay because the first time I stayed here, the staff helped me with sim cards. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar/lounge, restaurant, coffee shop. I'm coming back for Easter!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, close to everything and with a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant. The coffee shop on-site served the most amazing cappuccinos. The express check-in/-out option made my life so much easier. They even had a children's menu and cots available for families traveling with kids. And the best part? They allowed pets! I would highly recommend visiting this hotel and experiencing the incredible hospitality for yourself. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Conveniently located near Milan Malpensa airport, making it ideal for early morning flights. The hotel is situated in a quiet street close to the town center and the lake. It is within walking distance of excellent restaurants and beautiful shops. Transportation options, including boats and buses, are easily accessible for exploring the coastal towns and attractions.
The hotel could use some improvements, such as better odor control in the rooms. The air conditioning system may not be sufficient to cool the entire room, and the smell can be unpleasant.
